I’ve purchased this supplement a few times now because I wanted to give it enough time before reviewing it. With consistent use, I’ve noticed a difference in my hair. It feels like I have more hair, and overall I’ve seen improvement in how full it looks. Since hair products can take time to show results, I’m glad I stayed consistent with it. Based on my experience so far, I would continue purchasing it.

Warning: lengthy review but felt it was necessary!
I have waited to write this review until I had finished up the recommended 3months as I realize it takes time for your body to respond and for hair to grow. I am now nearing the end of my third bottle and truly think this product helped to stop my hair thinning and jumpstart the regrowth process!
I want to start off by saying that my hair loss was related to telogen effluvium triggered by a recent T1D diagnosis, stress and hormonal changes. I am a 29yo female with typically thick wavy hair and lost a considerable amount of hair to sudden shedding. I would highly recommend talking to your doctor and/or dermatologist to determine the root cause of your hair loss before spending the money on these. Often there are underlying issues, such as thyroid or scalp conditions, that should be addressed first.
I also think it’s important to use these vitamins in conjunction with other at home treatments. In addition to nutrofol I’ve been using scalp clarifying shampoos (head and shoulders), brushed my hair when dry only, avoided pulling my hair back to prevent additional fallout, occasionally used castor oil treatments, and purchased a silk pillowcase to avoid damage when I slept. I feel like all of these together have helped greatly with my hair regrowth. Just some tips I wish others would have told me when I was going through the worst of it :)
As for this supplement, I really think it has helped with my shedding and regrowth. I took the first two bottles consistently for two months and noticed new growth coming back and less hair fallout around month 2. I then scaled back during month 3 and began to notice my fallout returning. Since going back on a strict regimen I’ve noticed the shedding has stopped and my hair is looking so much thicker around my scalp!
I will continue to order this for a couple more months but realize that the price is too high for me to continue using indefinitely. Will likely switch over to a combo of biotin and collagen and continue my home hair care.
Bottom line - I think this works for people who have experienced a sudden hair loss and still retain the follicles necessary for regrowth. BUT it takes time to show results. Take pictures to track progress and be patient. If anything, taking these helped to calm the stress of losing hair because I really felt that I was doing something daily that was going to help show results in the long term.

This supplier sells the original Nutrafol, my hair is naturally fine but it’s starting to thicken. I started seeing results after around the 4th bottle. Consistency is key.

This product is fantastic if used consistently. Definitely shows results. Pricey but quality product as you won't need any other supplements alongside if you are experiencing thinning. Unless other specifics identified. Four capsules is always a groan but worth it!

I’ve been using this for a few months now and have noticed thicker hair for sure. I’m beginning to see some new hair growth now that I’ve been consistent for a while.
I chose Nutrafol over other products because I kept reading about side effects that possibly could come along either way them. Nutrafol is way more natural and I never read about any effects other than for some it gave them an upset stomach. I haven’t noticed that at all!
I will keep taking and I am liking my thicker fuller hair! Looking forward to the regrowth coming and filling in the gaps as well!

Alright so I waited until I went through 6 bottles of this stuff. I’ve taken the 4 pills a day about 92% of the time. I got my haircut today and she showed me the back of my dome and I asked her to show me again because it looked different. There was significant growth of hair on the crown of my head and hair is definitely fuller in general. BUT absolutely no difference on the widow peak in front. 6 refills at $85 a pop is expensive but there’s a noticeable difference in growth. I spend money like a 13 year old girl so I’ll keep taking the pills.

This is a super easy way to get your veggies if you are super busy like me. Virtually no prep time at all if you get the starter kit with the mixer bottle. Just fill with water to your desired dilution and you're out the door in no time flat. Taste is not bad at all. I like to mix in a little cinnamon for added flavor pop. One thing you should know, it does include a probiotic in the mix - if this is a game changer then opt out. The only downside is that it is a little expensive - lets say compared to getting a variety of greens at the grocery store and blending your own morning drink. But I would argue it is well worth the price in the time it saves and storage it saves in your refrigerator/freezer. In addition, it dissolves very easily. I noticed a positive difference after about a month.

First of all I have to say that the delivery was very fast, I waited about two weeks because I saw comments that it had to take time for it to take effect and it really is, on a daily basis. I woke up with bad breath and a few days ago that bad morning breath disappeared. My belly. I was always inflamed and now it's less noticeable, I'm very happy with the results but you have to be patient so you can see them, I didn't have any reaction thank God. The only thing is that when you go to the bathroom, the color is green, so it's natural, I imagine, I'm very happy, I'll keep using it

This flavor is our favorite. It’s like tang orange! The great flavor makes it so easy to stay consistent with taking them daily! We also really enjoyed the sour grape. I’m currently alternating between the two!
